So I am at Target picking up a few CD’s with my little sister, when I gravitate to themakeup aisle (like always). I didn’t have that much money on me so I decided to torture myself by just looking. My eye catches a price tag for $1 by themake up brushes by E.L.F. For those of you that do not know what E.L.F means it stands for eyes, lips, and face. I have heard about a few people say good things about this company, but I simply could not fathom purchasing makeup products for only a dollar, you get what you pay for right? WRONG! I purchased an E.L.F. concealer brush , a foundation brush, and an eye shadow brush . Let me just say since purchasing these brushesI rarely use my more expensive brushes anymore. These brushes are very soft, and very easy to blend.
Normally I wear liquid foundation, but I found my face getting really sweaty since has been so hot this summer, and really wanted to try a mineral foundation. Bare Minerals is just too expensive for me, especially for so little product. I checked to see if there was any mineral foundation, and not only did I find just foundation I found a mineral makeup kit. It is called theMineral Starter Kits , and it is only $20. For 20$ you get mineral foundation, blush, and concealer. Not only that but you get a Total face brush, and a blush brush.
Let me just say, I LOVE THIS KIT! When I apply it I look so natural, that people have a hard time telling if I have on makeup. The first time I wore it I went out with my boyfriend and he was like “There is something different, I don’t know what it is, but you look so beautiful.” I loved it, because normally I have on my globs on liquid foundation.
