I noticed my pants have been getting a lot loser, which is surprising since I am not trying as hard as I normally do. Sure I opt for a disgusting Lean Cuisine over a burger sometimes, but I haven't really seen the inside of a gym since God knows when. I am a little motivated to slim up my mid section and I heard about this program called two hundred sit ups. basically it is a program that helps you reach a goal of 200 sit ups in a 6 week period. I am not doing it to lose weight, because clearly that can only be done with proper diet and exercise, but I just want to see if this will aid in shrinking my tummy a bit....
